Cool Coat, LLC's Managing Director is a Licensed General Contractor (Building: Commercial and Residential) since 1991, and our General Manager has a 40-year track record of success in contracting and construction (industrial, commercial, and residential), including specialized experience in roofing, sealants, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, mechanical, electrical, and paving. Our Managing Director and General Manager together bring 60-plus years of contracting experience and have many successfully completed projects to their credit.
